<br /> Tt~e purpose of tne hearing is to consider James M. Martin's request for preliminary
<br />plat approval of the prcp~sed Toolh Acres Addition. The plat co;:sists of approximately 138
<br />acres and is proposed ~o be developed with approximately 21 single family rural residential
<br />lots. The property is legally described as follows:

<br />County Recorder's Office, Anoka County, Minnesota, to a point on the south line of Lot 4,
<br />Audilor's Subdivision Number 34, as recorded with the County Re,:order's Office, Anoka
<br />County, Minnesota, and 66 feet west of the east line of said Lot 4 as measured at dom
