CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE REZONING THE PROPOSED PLAT OF FLEISCHER'S <br />2ND ADDITION FROM R-3 URBAN RESIDENTIAL AND B-1 BUSINESS TO R. <br />I URBAN RESIDENTIAL; CASE OF DOLORAS FLEISCHER <br /> By: Planning Assistant Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, on November 28, 1989, the City Council reviewed Doloras Fleischer's request to <br />rezone property east of Nowthen Blvd. and south of 148th Lane from B-1 Business and R-3 <br />Urban Residential to R-1 Urban Residential.
