N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding M/'. James Martin's request to rezone the proposed plat of <br />Tooth Acres Addition from I- 1 Industrial to R- 1 Rural Residential.-' '~ <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen, Acting Chairman <br />Mr. Ben beemer <br />Mr. Michael Te:'ry <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Cornmunib, Development Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Nh'. David Bawden <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Hendriksen called the public hearing to order at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that the proposed rezoning consists of reducing the amount of <br />Industrial property in the plat to allow for the clevelopment of rural residential lots on both <br />sides of the sn'eet in the southern portion of the proposed Tooth Acres Addition. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Mr. James Martin was present. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Te,wy to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, Terry <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None.
