The Commission agreed that those minutes <br />shall be made a pan of the public hearing record. <br /> <br />Scan Towle - Stated that in consideration of the mitigating circumstances on this issue, the <br />Co:'ru'nission should table an), action until further review can be addressed. <br /> <br />Kirk Corson - Referred to Lots 1-4 on the noah end of the plat and stated that the develoner <br />also wanted to be sure that all of the lots have the minimum one acre of high ground. Tk~e <br />most difficult lot ',,.'as #1 and it has one acre of high and riD' ground. The other lots have <br />more than one acre of high ground. This information was determined by a soils map <br />prepared by engineers.
