David Bawden <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Az:lng ChJ..~rn,~n Hen&~,ksen c~!e.d the pub!ic'h::'.Sng to order a: i:53 p.n:. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that this particular plat was initiated in May of 1988 and is nov,, <br />proposed to be developed as a Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.). The plat consists of <br />200 acres and because of it's location on the Tron Brook, it is a text book example of a <br />P.U.D. The ouflots in the plat consist of more than 50% of the plat area and ',,,'ill be <br />dedicated to the City for surface water management. The Northfork P.U.D. is located <br />south of the proposed project and the Auturrm Heights P.U.D. is located to the east; <br />therefore, the proposed project is consistent with other developments in the area. <br />Banwart stated that the City will be receiving a formal application for rezoning to P.U.D. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Lq, Cas'r and his engineer, Ken Gust, were present. <br /> <br />Bill Ness - 8700 167th Lane N.W. - Inquired if there will be more than one road required <br />to serve the fu'st phase of the development ~,hich consists of 18 lots. <br /> <br />5ir. Banwart rep!id that as ,~a.,"x. of the development a~eement, tine Cit.',' can require at least <br />two access roaa ~n the initial phase. <br /> <br />Bill Ness - Noted that some of the lorn do not meet the 200 foot frontage requirement. <br /> <br />?,ir.
