Nymore loamy sand is a Class I soil suitable for on- <br />site wastewater disposal system. All lots must contain 27,225 <br />square feet of contiguous Class I soils. <br /> <br />In review cf the street layouts, Wolverine Street and 167th <br />Avenue are proposed as temporary cul-de-sacs which exceed 600 <br />feet. Variances will be re.~uired for these streets.
