PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, <br />December 5, 19g9 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nov,'th~n Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding .lack Miller's r~uest for preliminary plat approval of Rum <br />River Bluff Addition. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Iv[,-. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. David Bawden <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Nfl'. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br />Memberz Absent: Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public heating to order at 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Dorothy Stadfelt - 15111 Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. - Stated that according to the <br />properties notified list in the agenda, there are some people that should have been notified <br />of the public hearing that were not. <br /> <br />Vicld - 4760 153rd AvenUe - Stated that Somebody from the cit'), should visit the site that is <br />being proposed for park area in Rum River Bluff Addition. Vic 'ki stated that the bluff <br />consists of sand and erodes every time it rains. <br /> <br />Dorothy Stadfeh - Noted that all comments made by citizens in the rezoning public hear/ng <br />apply to the preliminary plat also. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Comm/ssioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Deemer, Bawden and Terry. Voting No: None.
