The existing and proposed zoning is R-1 Rural Residential District. The average lot density <br />is 2.63 acres +_. per lot. The proposed addition is located in the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter and the West 10 acres of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, both <br />in Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Addition. <br /> <br />On August 1, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the <br />sketch plan for Sorteberg's 6th Addition subject to the recommendations of the Ramsey Park and <br />Recreation Commission regarding park dedication, and directing the subdivider to proceed to <br />preliminary platting. <br /> <br />On August 10, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended that the City <br />Council require Lot 3 and 4, Block 3, to satisfy park dedication for Sorteberg's 6th Addition. <br /> <br />On October 3, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended City Council <br />approve the preliminary plat for Sorteberg's 6th Addition. <br /> <br />On October 24, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved the pretimina~ plat for Sorteberg's 6th <br />Addition as stipulated in the City Engineer's review of September 26, 1989 and with the <br /> <br /> <br />
