The proposed plat consists of 19 lots with minimum lot sizes <br /> of two.and one half acres. All of the lots also meet the <br /> minimum width requirement of 200 feet. <br /> <br />In review of access to the plat, access will be provided from <br />County Road 63 on the south and from Rabbit Street to the <br />north. <br /> <br />We are unable to comment on the drainage at this time. The <br />develope~ will have to show how drainage will be handled on <br />the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />In review' of the street plan, Rabbit Street will connect to <br />County Road No. 63 251 feet west of Rabbit Street in the <br />proposed Alicia Addition. city code states that street jo~s <br />in collector streets shall have a centerline offset of not <br />less than 300 feet. If the Rabbit Street is aligned to match <br />the street in the Alicia Addition, one lot may require access <br />to County Road No. 63.
