NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WH::)M IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public <br />hearing on Tuesday, October 3,1989, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr, Allen Sorteberg's request for preliminary plat <br />approval of the proposed Sorteberg's 6th Addition. The plat consists of 49,87 acres and is <br />proposed to be developed with seventeen (17) single-family rural residential iots.
