The right-of-way is acceptable at the 60 feet shown. Access for Lot <br />7, Block t; Lots 1 and 5, Block 2; and Lot 7, Block 3; should ~ave the ri=obi of access to <br />~b,e County Highway dedicated .:o Anoka County. This will require rhat all driveways <br />for those lots access the city streets. We will permit one driveway for Lot 6, Block 1 to <br />access CR 63. This driveway should be at the existing location or ff the buildings are to <br />be removed, the driveway location should be located in the westerly 30 feet of the lot. <br />The right of access from the remainder of the lot to the Counb, Highway should be <br />dedicated to Anoka County.
