In review of the final plat and revised plans, the <br />following items were not corrected or provided. <br /> <br />1. An address map was not provided. <br /> <br />2. An erosion control plan was not provided. <br /> <br />The grading plan does not show all the final lot grades and <br />building elevations. <br /> <br />The plans were not updated.to show the bituminous thickness <br />of the cross gutter. <br /> <br />We would recommend approval of the final plat contingent on the <br />following: <br /> <br />A variance be granted for access from Lot 6, Block 1 to County <br />Road 63 and the items addressed above be provided. <br /> <br />The developer post the required bond or escrow and enter into <br />a developer's agreement to complete the improvements. We have <br />estimated the cost of improvements to be $53,200.
