The request for preliminary plat approval of the North <br />Forty Third Addition was deleted from the agenda due to lack of required information by applicant. <br /> <br />On October 3, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning commission recommended that the City <br />Council approve the preliminary plat of The North Forty 3rd Addition contingent upon compliance <br />with items contained in the City Engineer's report dated September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />On October 24, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat for the North Forty <br />Third Addition as stipulated in the City Engineer's review dated September 26, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
