However, the following <br />items have not been provided or corrected in accordance to City <br />Code. <br /> <br />The grading on Pond "A" should be revised to exclude the <br />proposed park area. Also, pond area "D" does not provide <br />adequate capacity for runoff. <br /> <br />The grading plan does not show grading of the drainage swales, <br />final lot grades and building elevations. <br /> <br />3. An erosion control plan has not been provided. <br /> <br />4. An address map has not been provided. <br /> <br />Street plans did not show adequate details or elevations at <br />intersections to show how drainage will be handled. <br /> <br />No specifications were provided as previously requested. <br /> <br />Details of spillways and riprap for erosion control should be <br />provided. <br /> <br />Profiles of adjacent existing streets must be shown and the <br />proposed streets must be constructed to match the existing <br />streets. <br /> <br />As previously stated, the amount of proposed park dedication <br />is 3.94 acres short.
