SECTION 2. ~_krENDMENT Section !70.01!2E Subsection (D) S,,~bsection (2) Paragraph (p) is amende~ tc read as follows: Trail right-of-way shall be provided to the Ci=y of Ramsay in accordance with the general a!igP~ent(s) as shown on the Proposed Mississippi River Trail Corridor Map dated 12/!/89 and approved by the City Council on 12/12/89 to allow for development of the Mississippi River Corridor Trail. The following standards shall be used for trail right-of-way (R.O.W.) widths: Trail Sec-ment R.O.W.
