Zn no event shall the total <br /> s~aare footage of the attached or detached garage and the <br /> accessory structure exceed 1,664 s~aare feet on any <br /> parcel of land greater than one (!) acre and less than <br /> two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size. <br /> <br />On parcels of land greater than one (1) acre and less <br />than two and one-half (2-!/2) acres in size, the <br />accessory st~-ucture and/or attached or detached garage <br />shall be built with the same type construction materials <br />and shall have the same general design and exterior <br />facing finish as that of the principal st_~ucture located <br />on the parcel. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Parcels of Land 2-!/2 Acres and Greater <br />On parcels of land two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in <br />size, accessory structures shall not exceed 1,200 square <br />feet. On parcels of land greater than two and one-half <br />(2-1/2) acres in size, accessory strn/ctures may be an <br />additional 400 square feet in size for each full or <br />partial acre that the parcel exceeds two and one-half <br />(2-1/2) acres.
