Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION FOR ACQUISITION FOR CERTAIN STREET' AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 153RD AVENUE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-12- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to acquire right-of-way, <br />known as Improvement Project 89-4 (S.A.P. 199-107-03), which <br />project will ~acilitate the construction of streets and drainage <br />facilities for construction of 153rd Avenue between CSAH No. 5 and <br />Ramsey Blvd. generally in: <br /> <br /> Section 22 and the South 1/2 of Section 23, Township 32, <br />Range 25; <br />all in Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the improvement consists of the construction of <br />drainage facilities and a new street, all of said improvements in <br />order to provide for the health, welfare and safety of the <br />residents of the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain lands are required to provide perpetual <br />easements for said improvement construction. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the property owners from whom easements are required <br />have been identified by the City as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />PARCEL <br /> NO.
