Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (Improvement Project No. 89-04, 153rd Avenue N.W., <br />CSAH No. 5 to Ramsey Blvd.). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared right-of-way plans for <br />the acquisition of 153rd Avenue N.W. between CSAH NO. 5 and Ramsey <br />Blvd., and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mn/DOT has approved the right-of-way plans, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey adopted the 19th day of December, 1989, authorized the City <br />Attorney to acquire the right-of-way for 153rd Avenue N.W., <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the Council Resolution adopted the 19th day of December, 1989. <br /> <br /> 2) That Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br />Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey city Council this the 19th day of December, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
