Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-12- <br /> <br />P~ESOLUTiON APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR NORTHDALE CONSTRUCTION CO., <br />INC. (PROJECT #88-9 FRONT STREET N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project in June 28, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution #88- awarding the bid to Northdale Construction Co., <br />Inc. for the im~-~vements to Front Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Northdale <br />Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $34,467.35. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, .STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1)~ That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to <br />Northdale Construction Co., Inc. for the improvements to Front <br />Street in the amount of $34,467.35. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. <br /> <br /> 3) The amount of this partial payment is not included in <br />Resolution #89-12- approving payment of bills for the month of <br />December, 1989. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided <br />a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 19th day of December, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
