Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION 089-12- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR EJM PIPE SERVICES, INC. (PROJECT 88-27 TRUNK STORM SEWER EXTENSION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 11, 1989; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #89-10 awarding the bid to EJM Pipe Se~ices, Inc. for the constl~ction of Trunk Storm Sewer Extension; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka cf Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to EJM Pipe Services, Inc. in the amount of $74,973.76. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to EJM Pipe Services, Inc. for the construction of Trunk Storm Sewer Extension in the amount of $74,973.76. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) The amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution 089-12- approving payment of bills for the month of December, 1989. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey city Council this the 19th day of December, 1989.
