Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ~89-12- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR FOREST LAKE CONTRACTING, INC. (PROJECT ~89-19, WHISPERING PINES ESTATES) WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on July !1, 1989; and WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution 089-10- awarding the bid to Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. for the drainage improvements in Whispering Pines Estates~ and ~-HEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $742.90. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Forest- Lake Contracting, Inc. for the drainage improvements to ¥~ispering Pines Estates in the amount of $742.90. 2) That the city Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #89-12- approving payment of bills for the month of December, 1989. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: an~ the following abstained: and the following were absent: %zhereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 19th day of December, 1989.
