Councilmember <br />moved for its adopticn: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR W.B. MILLER, INC. (OAKWOOD HILLS <br />RESTORATION PROJECT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project on October 24, 1989; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution #89-10- awarding the bid to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the <br />Oakwood Hills Restoration project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. recommended final'payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in <br />the amount of $4,382.10. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to <br />W.B. Miller, Inc. for the construction of Oakwood Hills Restoration <br />project in the amount of $4,382.10. <br /> <br /> 2) That the city Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. <br /> <br /> 3) The amount <br />Resolution ~89-12- <br />December, 1989. <br /> <br />of this final payment is not included in <br />approving payment of bills for the month of <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided <br />a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded' by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 19th day of December, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
