Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed addition has an area of 19.30 acres and will consist of four (4) rural residential tots. <br />Three of the lots will have an acreage of 2.5 acres. The remaining lot will have an acreage of i 0 <br />acres. The existing and proposed zoning is R-iR, Rural Residential District. The property is <br />located in the South half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count),, Minnesota. The P.I.N. is 17-32-25-13-0001. Landscape Architect's Review (September 26, 1989) <br />Notice of public hearing <br />Public hearing notice mailing list <br />Affidavit of Publication <br />Public hearing minutes (November 6, 1989) <br />City Engineer's Review (October 31, 1989) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On September 11, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Boyd R. <br />Hanson for Oleo Acres Addition. <br /> <br />On October 3, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission accepted the sketch plan for <br />Oleo Acres Addition and recommended that the subdivider proceed to the preliminary plat stage. <br /> <br />On October 12, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended acceptance of · · <br />cash in the amount of $1,500.00 ($500.00 per lot) for the three (3) newly created lots as <br />satisfaction of the park dedication requirement. <br /> <br />On November 6, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted the public <br />hearing for Oleo Acres Addition and tabled the case until their special meeting scheduled for <br />November 21, 1989. <br /> <br />On November 21, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission adjourned prior to <br />addressing this case. <br /> <br />On November 28, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission did not conduct a meeting <br />due to lack of a quorum. <br /> <br />On December 4, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council approve the preliminary plat for Oleo Acres Addition as per the City Engineer's Review <br />dated October 31, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
