PENALTIES <br /> <br />Any person, firm, entity or corporation that undertakes any development activity in <br />violation of the provisions of this Ordinance shaII' be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall <br />be subject to any additional legal or equitable remedies available to the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #03-27 has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of <br />the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-27 to establish an interim moratorium <br />ordinance, north of T.H. #10 and south of the BNSF Railroad from Ramsey's common <br />border with Anoka to the common border with Elk River, for a 6 month period to protect <br />the plann/ng process during the preparation of the AUAR. <br /> <br />SECTION 8.
