ORDINANCE #03-47 "~'~Z,~ -_. <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANC£ VACATING AN <br />EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This Ordinance is adopted pursuant ' <br />to and under the authority of the Home <br />Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, <br />Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes <br />412.851. <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated <br />drainage and utility easements are hereby <br />vacated, to-wit: <br /> That 5.00 foot wide utility and <br /> drainage easement as per the <br /> record plat of Gateway North <br /> Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota lying southerly <br /> of the north line of Lot 4, Block 1; <br /> and <br /> That $.00 foot wide utility and <br /> drainage easement as per the <br /> record plat of Gateway North <br /> Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka <br /> ~ County, Minnesota lying northerly <br /> of the south line of Lot 4, Block 1; <br /> and <br /> That 5.00 foot wide utility and <br /> ~ drainage easement as per the <br /> record plat of Gateway North <br /> Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota lying southerly <br /> of the north line of Lot 3, Block 1; <br /> and <br /> That 5.00 foot wide utility and <br /> drainage easement as per the <br /> record plat of Gateway North <br /> Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota lying northerly <br /> of the south line of Lot 3, Block 1; <br /> and <br /> That 5.00 foot wide utility and <br /> drainage easement as per the <br /> record plat of Gateway North <br /> Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota lying southerly <br /> of the north line of Lot 2, Block 1. <br /> SECTION 3.
