ORDINANCE #03-47 "~'~Z,~ -_. CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANC£ VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This Ordinance is adopted pursuant ' to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated, to-wit: That 5.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement as per the record plat of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the north line of Lot 4, Block 1; and That $.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement as per the record plat of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka ~ County, Minnesota lying northerly of the south line of Lot 4, Block 1; and That 5.00 foot wide utility and ~ drainage easement as per the record plat of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the north line of Lot 3, Block 1; and That 5.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement as per the record plat of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota lying northerly of the south line of Lot 3, Block 1; and That 5.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement as per the record plat of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the north line of Lot 2, Block 1. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
