Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Kuzma, Backous, Johns, LeTourneau, Riley, and Tossey. Voting No: None. 5. APPROVE AGENDA Motion by Councilmember Backous, seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried.
