Ms. Frolik was directed to add an item to the parking lot list: reference the Metro Greenway <br />Corridor land cover overlay map in the tree ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. Max was directed to continue working on the tree list, and include the phone number for <br />Gopher One, what to do with Christmas trees, why certain trees are considered unacceptable, <br />and other helpful information. <br /> <br />Mr. McDilda to revise the EPTF Timetable, keeping in mind that one of the goals is to have a <br />finished educational pamphlet that can be distributed at the next Environmental Expo. <br /> <br />Ms. Connolly to contact Great River Energy to determine any interest in funding the <br />publication of an educational tree pamphlet for the City. <br /> <br />Ms. Strommen to find out if the City Council Would like an update on the progress of the <br />EPTF at a regular meeting or a work session. <br /> <br />Mr. Reeve to update the Planning Commission on the progress of the EPTF. <br /> <br />Mr. Boos directed to ask the Park Commission to appoint a liaison to the EPTF. <br /> <br />Mr. Boos and Ms. Frolik to schedule a joint Park Commission/Planning Commission meeting <br />in March to receive the draft Tree Preservation Ordinance. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Sarah Strommen and seconded by Margaret Connolly to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
