My husband and I moved to Ramsey 36 years ago. Our desire was
to live on a beautiful rural wooded lot that was peaceful and safe.
I am going to quote a sentence from the Ramsey Ordinance Code
(section 117) titled: "Intent ". "These performance standards are
designed to encourage a high standard of development by providing
assurances that neighboring land uses will be compatible."
These ordinances allow for resolution of disputes and mitigation for
notices of violations.
Matt Ariola and his family are fine neighbors and we want to keep it
that way. Our goal is to keep our area "residential in nature."
We want our immediate neighborhood to look nice. To be a place
where we can be proud to live. And, the following concerns would
insure this acceptable view and retain our property value:
1. All work/construction vehicles, trucks, bobcat, digging
equipment and inventory need to be completely garaged out of
our sight or stored offsite.
