(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on June 5, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan from the Applicant for a plat to be named OAKWOOD ACRES; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 20, 2013 the City informed the Applicant that the application for <br />sketch plan was incomplete. <br />WHEREAS, in July, 2013, the City considered the application for sketch plan complete. <br />WHEREAS, on July 18, 2013, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Applicant proceed to the final plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 23, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />final plat from the Applicant for a plat to be named OAKWOOD ACRES that removed one (1) <br />of the three (3) proposed lots, with the end result creating two (2) new lots; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 8, 2013, the reviewed the final plat of OAKWOOD ACRES. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to OAKWOOD ACRES in <br />accordance with relevant codes and contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review File <br />dated July 12, 2013, revised October 3, 2013 and the Developer entering into a Development <br />Agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />RESOLUTION #13-10-178 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
