Acting City Administrator/Finance Director Lund stated that occurs once the City's tax rate is <br />determined by Anoka County, usually by the end of October. She stated the line items can be <br />discussed at any time or can be referred to the Finance Committee. Acting City <br />Administrator/Finance Director Lund stated the Finance Committee will consider the five-year <br />budget on October 8, 2013. <br />Councilmember Riley stated he supports consideration by the Finance Committee if it is <br />supported by the Council. <br />The consensus of the Council was to support consideration and recommendation by the Finance <br />Committee. <br />4.
