<br />Mayor Strommen reopened the public hearing at 10:30 p.m. and asked if there are additional
<br />public comments on this Case.
<br />Wayne Buchholz, 14621 Neon Street NW, asked the Council to postpone consideration of these
<br />ordinances to the next meeting.
<br />Motion by Councilmember Tossey, seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, to close the
<br />public hearing.
<br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Tossey, LeTourneau,
<br />Backous, Johns, and Kuzma. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Riley.

<br />Mayor Strommen called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 10:31 p.m.
<br />Motion by Councilmember Backous, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to postpone
<br />consideration of Ordinance #13-19, Granting to the City of Anoka, a Minnesota Municipal
<br />Corporation, its Successors and Assigns, Permission to Construct, Operate, Repair, and Maintain
<br />in the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, an Electric Distribution System and Transmission Lines,
<br />Including Necessary Poles, Lines, Fixtures and Appurtenances, for the furnishing of Electric
<br />Energy to the City, its Inhabitants, and Others, and to Use the Public Ways and Public Grounds
<br />of the City for Such Purposes; and, Ordinance #13-20, Granting to Connexus Energy, a
<br />Minnesota Cooperative Corporation, its Successors and Assigns, Permission to Construct,
<br />Operate, Repair, and Maintain in the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, an Electric Distribution System
<br />and Transmission Lines, Including Necessary Poles, Lines, Fixtures and Appurtenances, for the
<br />furnishing of Electric Energy to the City, its Inhabitants, and Others, and to Use the Public Ways
<br />and Public Grounds of the City for Such Purposes.
