COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Consideration of Adopting Resolution #13-07-125 Accepting Bids and Authorizing <br />Award of Contract for IP 13-00; 2013 Pavement Management Program <br />City Engineer Westby reviewed the staff report, presented the Iow bids received for each <br />Program, and described four alternatives for the Council's consideration. He answered questions <br />of the Council relating to the need for the second asphalt lift in RTC 96 to protect the base course <br />and curb and gutter, which are privately owned. <br />City Council / July 23, 2013 <br />Page 3 of 6 <br />
