18 REPORTING. <br />18.1 PACT shall develop and implement an effective annual evaluation and reporting plan <br />that addresses its own needs, requirements of 13E1HIE1, 1JNIVlRSITY, the <br />Minnesota Department of Education, and the MN state and federal government. <br />18.2 PACT shall provide all reports required by the Commissioner. <br />19 WAIVER, <br />No waiver by either party or any breach of any covenant or provision of this Contract shall <br />be deemed to be a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same or any other covenant or <br />provision. <br />20 ENTIRETY CLAUSE. <br />This Agreement is the entire contract between the parties and supersedes all prior contracts, <br />commitments, and understandings between BETHEL COLLEGE and PACT CIIARTLR <br />SCHOOL and any other persons or entities which relate in any way to PACT CHARTER <br />SCHOOL.
