ARTICLE X MISCELLANEOUS Section 10.1 Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from the date hereof to and including such time as all of the Bonds and the fees and expenses of the Issuer, the Trustee and any paying agents shall have been fully paid or provision made for such payments, whichever is later; provided that this Agreement may be terminated prior to such date if the Company shall exercise its option under Section 9.1 or Section 9.2 hereof to prepay the amounts payable hereunder pursuant to this Agreement. Section 10.2 Notices.
