Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-08-134 <br />RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A PREVIOUS APPROVAL OF THE CONVEYANCE OF <br />CROSS ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE LICENSE AGREEMENT TO RAMSEY JR <br />PARTNERS, LLC ON TRACT C, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 151, ANOKA <br />COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, on July 15, 2005 the City of Ramsey (the "CITY") acquired fee title to <br />Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 151 (the "Property"); and' <br />WHEREAS, prior to July 15, 2005, Ramsey Premier Partners, LLC ("PREMIER") held <br />fee title to the Property; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 15, 2013, PREMIER and the CITY executed a Cross Access and <br />Maintenance License Agreement to Ramsey JR Partners, LLC ("JR") on the Property for <br />vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress purposes to the benefit of Tracts A and B, Registered <br />Land Survey No. 151 (the "Easement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Easement was not recorded with the Anoka County Recorder; and <br />WHEREAS, a CITY resolution is required in order to allow the easement to be recorded <br />with the Anoka County Recorder and become part of the title for the Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property was acquired with the utilization of Right -Of -Way Acquisition <br />and Loan Fund (RALF) dollars, the Metropolitan Council will also need to consent to the <br />recording of the casement; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby reaffirms the grant of Cross Access and <br />Maintenance License Agreement to Ramsey JR Partners, LLC dated July 15, 2005. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
