Open space must connect neighboring or abutting open space, <br />natural areas, and recreational areas as much as possible to <br />form an interconnected, corridorwide network. <br />Subp. 4. Dedication. <br />A. In the development of subdivisions creating three or more lots <br />and planned unit developments, a developer must dedicate to <br />the public a reasonable portion of land suitable for riverfront <br />access or other lands in interest therein. <br />B. In the event of practical difficulties or physical impossibility, <br />the developer must contribute an equivalent amount of cash <br />to be used only for the acquisition of land for parks, open <br />space, storm water drainage areas, or other public services <br />within the Mississippi River Corridor Critical Area. <br />C.
