CONSENT AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Backous, seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, to approve the <br />following items on the Consent Agenda: <br />4.01: Receive 2013 Building Division Month End Report: September <br />4.02: Approve the following Meeting Minutes: <br />1) City Council Work Session — September 24, 2013 <br />2) City Council Regular — September 24, 2013 <br />4.03: Approve License Applications: <br />Temporary On -Sale Liquor <br />Church of St. Katharine Drexel, 7101 — 143` Avenue NW, Suite G, Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />Motor Vehicle <br />Dumarks, 7127 Highway #10 NW, Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />DM's Auto Sales, LLC, 7820 Riverdale Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />4.04: Approve Amendment to Resolution #13 -09 -172 Resolution to End Firefighters' <br />Probation <br />4.05: Approve Receipt of Pedestrian and Bicycle Trail Easement <br />4.06: Adopt Resolution #13 -10 -174 Approving Cash Disbursements Made and Authorizing <br />Payment of Accounts Invoicing Received During the Period of September 19, 2013 <br />through October 2, 2013 <br />4.07: Report from the Public Works Committee Meeting dated September 17, 2013: <br />1) Consider Allowing the Use of High Density Polyethylene Pipe for Water Service <br />Line — Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee to amend City <br />Code Section 58- 113(a) to allow the use of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe <br />in lieu of soft copper for water service lines from the curb stop to the residence. <br />2) Signal Timing on Highway 10 Corridor — Informational; no action required. <br />3) 2013 Public Works Department Operations and Staffing Survey Results — <br />Informational; no action required <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Backous, LeTourneau, Johns, <br />Kuzma, and Tossey. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Riley. <br />5. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers LeTourneau, Johns, Backous. <br />Kuzma, and Tossey. Voting No: None.
