Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends the sale of City of Ramsey surplus property P.I.N. 10-32-25-44-0009. In <br />addition, staff suggests that revenues from said sale be placed into the Park Trust Find. <br />Furthermore, staff recommends that the tax parcels for P.I.N.'s 10-32-25-44-0009 and 10-32-25- <br />44-0021 be combined.
