C. Prohibited Areas for <br /> <br />Construction and Operation of Industrial <br />Solid Waste Land Disposal Facilities. <br /> <br /> The fill, trench, and <br />excavation areas of industrial solid <br />waste land disposal facilities are <br />prohibited within the following areas, as <br />existing at the time of issuance of a <br />conditional use permit: <br /> <br /> a) <br />high water <br />flowage. <br /> <br /> 1,000 feet from the normal <br />mark of a lake, pond or <br /> <br />b) 300 feet from a stream. <br /> <br />c) A regional flood plain. <br /> <br /> d) Within 1,000 feet of the <br />nearest edge of the right-of-way of any <br />state, federal or interstate highway or <br />of the boundary of a public park or of an <br />occupied dwelling. <br /> <br />hazardous <br />airports. <br /> <br />e) Locations considered <br />because of the proximity of <br /> <br /> f) An area which is <br />unsuitable because of reasons of <br />topography, geology, hydrology or soils. <br /> <br /> g) Within 500 feet of any <br />known source of groundwater contamination <br />or any other known source of pollution. <br /> <br /> h) An area where groundwater <br />is contaminated or lies within the path <br />of the migration of contaminated <br />groundwater. <br /> <br /> D. Required Practices for <br />Maintenance and Qperation of Industrial <br />Solid Waste Land Disposal Facilities. <br /> <br /> Any person who maintains or operates <br />an industrial solid waste land disposal <br />facility or permits the use of property <br />for such a facility, must maintain and <br />operate the facility in conformance with <br />the following practices unless otherwise <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
