C. No solid waste disposal <br /> facility shall be opened for use and <br /> shall not receive solid waste deposits <br /> before 7:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. <br /> Monday through Friday and before 7:00 <br /> a.m. or after 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. No <br /> operations are permitted on Sundays. No <br />equipment~°peration shall commence before <br />6:30 a.m. or continue longer than one <br />hour after the daily closing time of the <br />landfill as herein specified. All solid <br />waste deposits shall be covered within <br />these time limits on the day received. <br /> <br />(10) ~IME LIMITATION <br /> <br /> No conditional use permits or permit <br /> renewals for a solid waste disposal <br /> facility shall be granted for a period <br /> exceeding five (5) years from the date of <br /> issuance of the initial Conditional Use <br /> Permit. The applicant shall agree to the <br /> limitations provided in this Section by <br /> contract duly executed by authorized <br /> representatives of the applicant in a <br /> form satisfactory to the City Council. <br /> <br /> (11) ~RITERIA FOR LANDFILL~ <br /> <br /> Land disposal facilities shall be <br />located, designed and operated in such a <br />way as to prevent any adverse impact upon <br />adjacent .land uses. In addition to the <br />criteria listed in Section 170.013D of <br />the City Code, the following criteria <br />shall be considered when evaluating a <br />request for a conditional use permit for <br />landfills. <br /> <br /> a) Whether the proposed landfill <br />will be in compliance with the Anoka <br />County Solid Waste Management Master <br />Plan, Metropolitan Council,s Guide/Policy <br />Plan and MPCA rules. <br /> <br /> b) Whether the proposed landfill <br />is accessible year-round by nine-ton or <br />greater weight-bearing roadways that have <br />adequate capacity to accommodate landfill <br />generated traffic. <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br /> <br />
