Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION WAIVING BUILDING PERMIT FEE FOR CITY ItALL FACILITY <br />REMODELING. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 23, 1990 the Ramsey City Council took action to approve <br />facility remodeling for the Finance Office; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the successful bidder, Custom Repair, has duly made building permit <br />application for said improvements. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby waives the building permit fee for facility remodeling for the <br />Finance Office. <br /> <br />Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th <br />day of February, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Adn'finistrator <br /> <br /> <br />
