ORDINANCE NO. 90- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br />LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to <br />sell certain real property which property the City Council has <br />determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section <br />12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br /> The city Council hereby declares the following legally <br />described real proeprty owned by the City, as surplus property and <br />hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That part of the East 217.94 feet of the West 210.7 feet <br />of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of <br />section 10, Range 32, Township 25 lying South of the <br />North 420.0 feet thereof and lying North of the South <br />834.0 feet thereof (subject to road easement over the <br />South 33.0 feet thereof and over the East 49.94 feet <br />thereof), Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br /> The city Council shall by <br />determine the consideration and <br />described property may be sold. <br /> <br />properly enacted resolution <br />terms upon which the above <br /> <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty <br />(30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City <br />Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> <br />
