The existing and proposed zoning is R- 1 R. Rural Residential District. The property is generally located in the Northwest Quarter of the Norlheasl Qu:trter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, and the Northwest Qu.'trter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka CounLv, Minnesota, except the North 627.9zl feet of the East 720 feet as measured along the North and East Lines thereof. On March 3, 1988, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission at a special meeting, recommended sketch plan approval and directed the subdivider to proceed to prelimina~ plat stage. On December 8, 1988, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended that the North 75 feet of the proposed plat be dedicated for a trail corridor with the remainder of the park dedication being satisfied in cash. On September 5, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hcaring regarding the North Forty Third Addition. The request for preliminary plat approval of the Nortl~ Forty Third Addition was deleted from the agenda due to lack of required information by applicant. On October 3, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning commission recommended that the City Council approve the preliminary plat of The North Forty 3rd Addition contingent upon compliance with items contained in the City Engineer's report dated September 26, 1989. On October 24, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat for the North Forly Third Addition as stipulated in the City Engineer's review dated September 26, 1989.
