Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE NORTIt FORTY <br />THIRD ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, R.J.S. Builders, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described properly located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 20, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />And the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section <br />20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />Except the North 627.94 feet of the East 727 feet as measured along the East and <br />North lines thereof. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on March 3, <br />1988, and recommended the Developer to proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on December 8, 1988, <br />and recommended that a combination of land and cash be used to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on September 5, 1989, <br />and conducted a public hearing on the proposed The North Forty Third Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 3, 1989, and <br />recommended preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on October 24, 1989, and approved the <br />preliminary plat for The North Forty Third Addition as stipulated in the City Engineer's review <br />dated September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA,as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval for the North Forty Third Addition <br />in accordance with relevant City codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 26th day of l::ebruary, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
