12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - NORT~ FORTY 3RD ADDITION <br /> <br />final Plat. The total cost of these items is Nine <br />Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($9,000.00). The street <br />light will be installed by the CITY at the intersection <br />of 155th Lane N.W. and Armstrong Boulevard N.W. The <br />specific amount for each of the Stage II Improvements is <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1 Stop Sign: <br />3 Street Identification Signs: <br />Seal Coating: <br />Street Light: <br />Total: <br /> <br />$ 100.00 <br />$ 300.00 <br />$7,400.00 <br />$1,200.00 <br />$9,000.00 <br /> <br />Restoration. DEVELOPER shall restore all disturbed <br />street right-of-way areas, including ditches, grading, <br />back slopes and established turf by seeding of the ditch <br />areas. Said restoration to include addition items as the <br />City Engineer may direct. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />PERMITS AND OCCUPANCY: <br /> <br />Other Permits. The DEVELOPER shall provide to the CITY <br />a copy of all required land development/environmental <br />permit(s) and permit requirements from all other <br />governmental agencies including U.S. Army Corp of <br />Engineers and Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />Requirements for Buildinq Permits. No building permit <br />for any lot in the Plat shall be issued until (a) <br />vehicular access to the lot is provided including the <br />installation of Class V material on all streets in the <br />Plat; (b) site plan approval is granted by the CITY'and <br />any additional expense incurred in giving site plan <br />approval has been reimbursed to the CITY; (c) a <br />Certificate of Survey including that information required <br />by the CITY has been supplied to the Building Official, <br />and the financial guarantees required by paragraphs four~ <br />(4) and five (5) above have been satisfied. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />PARK DEDICATION: <br /> <br />Land Dedication and Cash DeDosit. Park dedication shall <br />be satisfied by the DEVELOPER dedicating to the CITY that <br />parcel of land shown as "Park" on the Final Plat. In <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
