<br />RESOLUTION (;RANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF OLEO ACRES
<br />ADDITI()N.
<br />
<br /> WtlEREAS, Bovd R. Hanson, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has property
<br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the Cit.',' of Ranlsey:
<br />
<br />That part of the South One Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
<br />Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, describe, d as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the east line of said South One Half of the Southwest Quarter of tile
<br />Northeast Quarter which is 150.00 feet south of tile northeast corner thereof; thence south
<br />along said east line to the south line of said South One Half of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter: thence ,.,,,est :,long said south line to the west line of said South One Half
<br />of the Southwest Quarter of tile Northeast Quarter; thence north along said west line to the
<br />nonh line of said South One Half of tile Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence
<br />east along tile north line thereof.to a point that is 300.00 feet west of the northeast comer of
<br />said South One Half of tile Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence
<br />southeasterly in a straight line to the point of beginning.

<br /> AND WIIEREAS, on September 11, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application
<br />and sketch phm fronl tile Developer of Oleo Acres Addition; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, tile Rarnsev Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 3, 1989,
<br />and recommended the Developer proceed to the preliminaD' plat stage; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989,
<br />and recommended that cash be used to satisfy park dedication requirements.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on November 6, 1989
<br />and conducted a public hearing on Oleo Acres Addition; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on December 4, 1989,
<br />and recommended preliminau, plat approval of Oleo Acres Addition contingent upon compliance
<br />with the items contained in the City Engineer's Report dated October 31, 1989; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsev City Council met on December 19, 1989 and approved the
<br />preliminary plat for Oleo Acres Addition contingent upon meeting the items listed in the City
<br />Engineer's Review dated October 31, 1989.
<br />
<br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY
<br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
<br />
<br />That final plat approval is hereby ~anted for Oleo Acres Addition in accordance
<br />with relevant Git>' codes.
<br />
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
<br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
