Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 90-01. <br /> <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br /> <br />ON OVERLAYING <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT (AUTUMN ItEIGHTS ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by overlaying: <br /> a) 167th Lane N.W. between the western plat bounda~' and 168th Lane N.W. <br /> b) 168th Lane N.W. between Nutria Street N.W. and the northern plat boundary. <br /> <br /> c) Nutria Street N.W. between the northern plat boundary and it's cul-da-sac <br /> terminus. <br /> <br /> d) Puma Street N.W. between 167th Lane N.W. and 168th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> e) 168th Avenue N.W. between it's cul-da sac terminuses within the plat boundaries. <br /> f) Rabbit Sn'eet N.W. between 168th Avenue N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. N.W. <br /> g) 169th Avenue N.W. between Rabbit Street N.W. and the western plat boundary <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Peter Raati -kka, City Engineer, and he is <br /> instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed <br /> advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br /> feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer <br /> shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction <br /> with some other improvement. <br /> <br />2) That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to by the Project g90-07. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Cit'3., Council this <br />the 23rd day of Janumg', i990. <br /> <br /> <br />
