This change was made to facilitate the purchase of <br />Outlots D, E, F and G. <br /> <br />Since the final plat presents a major revision from the preliminary <br />plat, the Planning and Zoning Commission should approve the revised <br />plat. <br /> <br />We have reviewed the proposed alignment of the Mississippi River <br />crossing (shown as Outlot B and E) and find it is consistent with <br />the alignment previously agreed on by both Anoka and Hennepin <br />Counties. <br /> <br />227.
