<br />RESOLUTION #90-01-.
<br />
<br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TOOTH ACRES
<br />ADDITION.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, James M. Martin and Patricia D. Martin, hereafter referred to as
<br />"Developer", has property applied for plat approval on the following described property located in
<br />the City of Ramsey:
<br />
<br />A tract of land comprising that part of Lot 4, Auditors Subdivision Nu:nber 34, in the
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, and of the East Half of the Southwest One
<br />Quarter of Section 28, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, and of Government Lots 1
<br />and Section 33, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, Anoka County, Minnesota,
<br />described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the Southwesterly line of
<br />U.S. Highway #10 and a line drawn parallel with and 615 feet West, as measured at fight
<br />angles, from the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
<br />28, thence South parallel with said East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter and parallel with the East line of said Government Lot 2 a distance of 1600 feet to
<br />the actual point of beginning of the tract of land hereby to be described, thence West a
<br />distance of 66 feet, thence North 66 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 990 feet, thence
<br />North a distance of 440 feet, thence South 66 degrees 30 seconds East a distance of 990
<br />feet, thence North parallel with the first course a distance of 1192.6 feet, more or less, to
<br />the Southwesterly line of said U.S. Highway #10, thence Northwesterly along the
<br />Southwesterly line of said U.S. Highway #10, 2199.1 feet, more or less, to the West line
<br />of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28, thence South along said
<br />West line 1877 feet, more or less, to the Southwest comer thereof, thence continuing South
<br />along a line parallel with the East line of said Government Lot 1 of said Section 33, 158
<br />feet, more or less, to the Southerly line of said Government Lot 1, thence Southeasterly
<br />along the Southerly lines of said Government Lots 1 and 2, to a point on a line drawn,
<br />parallel with the East line of said Government Lot 2, Section 33, and distant West 615 feet
<br />therefrom, as measured at right angles, thence North parallel with the East line of said
<br />Government Lot 2, Section 33, 600.5 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM Tracts A and B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO, 53,
<br />files of the Registrar of Titles, Anoka County, Minnesota.

<br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the Southwesterly line of U.S. Highway #10
<br />and a line drawn parallel with and 615 feet West as measured at right angles from the East
<br />line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, North
<br />of Range 25 West, and parallel with the East line of Government Lot 2 in Section 33, said
<br />Township and Range; thence South parallel with said East line of the Southwest Quarter of
<br />the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1600 feet; thence West a distance of 66 feet, the point of
<br />origin of the land to be described; thence North 66 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of
<br />990 feet; thence North a distance of 440 feet; thence South 66 degrees 30 minutes East a
<br />distance of 990 feet; thence south parallel with the first course a distance of 440 feet, more
<br />or less, to the point of origin.

<br /> AND WHEREAS, on September 22, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application
<br />and sketch plan from the Developer for Tooth Acres Addition; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 3, 1989,
<br />and recommended the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and
