CITY OF RAMSEY AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY TItE CITY OF RAMSEY Tills AGREEMENT entered into this~ day of January, 1990 between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Victorious Jesus Church, hereinafter referred to as "Church". WHEREAS, Church has been using the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center to hold church services for the past year; and WltEREAS, Church has requested permission to continue using the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. beginning on Y:cbruary 4, 1990 for a period of approximately 12 months as a temporary facility to hold church servies; and WItEREAS, the City has approved this request contingent upon Church and the City entering into an a~eement. NOW TItEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual ag-reement and covenants and conditions hereinafter contained. IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: That Church a~ees that their use of the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center will be on Sundays beginning on February 4, 1990. II. That Church shall provide the City with a copy of their liability insurance nan'ting the City in their limits of liability through the entire period the}, are requesting use of the lower level. General liability coverage must be in an amount no tess than $600,000.00. III. That Church a=m'ees and understands that if another organization or ~oup requests the use of the lower level during Church's scheduled times, then the Church shall make other arrangements.
